Terms you will see
- QC
- The warehouse quality check records visible information. It does not certify authenticity or guarantee fit.
- GL / RL
- Community shorthand for green light / red light: someone's opinion about proceeding. It is not an official inspection grade or return approval.
- Rehearsal
- An optional estimate using the planned parcel contents. Changing the contents can affect the result and service fee.
- Chargeable weight
- The route's basis for the shipping charge, which can depend on both actual weight and parcel dimensions.
