Twelve answers, each with the clause it rests on
Twelve things people ask once an order has stopped going the way they planned. Each answer carries the operator page it leans on and the revision date that page shows, so none of them has to be believed on this site authority.
What does the CNY 20 rehearsal fee actually buy
A simulated packing process performed in advance by the warehouse, and an estimate of the parcel volume, weight and shipping cost based on the current order contents. The policy states it is for reference only and does not constitute an actual shipping service. Official LoongBuy Parcel Submission and Rehearsal Service Policy page, updated 21 April 2026. Verified against the page on 12 October 2026.
Do I get the CNY 20 back
Only by proceeding. If you formally submit the same parcel and enter the formal shipping process, the fee may be fully deducted from the final actual shipping fee. If you do not take that parcel forward, or cancel it afterwards, it is non-refundable.
What voids a rehearsal I have already paid for
Cancelling the parcel, or making any adjustment to the related order. The policy names returns, replacing items and changing item quantities, prefaced by including but not limited to. The service terminates, the fee is not refunded or waived, and the result may become invalid.
What does cancelling cost at each stage
Nothing before the warehouse has acted. Once the parcel has been formally submitted and the warehouse has completed actual packing and quotation, cancellation carries a manual handling fee of CNY 20, which is non-refundable. Remaining eligible paid fees are refunded under the platform rules.
Why has my order stopped moving
Most often because an additional payment is outstanding. Before it is completed the order cannot proceed to purchasing and a parcel cannot continue to submission or shipment. The request goes to your registered email and your internal site messages only. Official LoongBuy Order and Package Additional Payment page, updated 14 April 2026. What is an additional payment, and what causes one
A difference between what you paid and what is actually payable. The page names the seller actual quotation, logistics fee adjustments, specification differences, weight calculation, and other practical factors. The final amount is subject to buyer verification, system calculation or the platform final confirmation.
If I overpaid, does the money come back
Yes, and automatically. The excess is returned to Balance without affecting the order, and can be used for future orders, parcel shipping fees, service fees, or a withdrawal application subject to platform rules.
Can I avoid an order stalling while I am away
Automatic deduction authorisation can be enabled in account settings with a limit you set yourself. Within that limit the difference is taken from LoongPay or Balance and the order continues, with a notification afterwards rather than before. The limit and the balance both have to be sufficient.
What does waiting cost while I decide
Storage is free for 90 days from the moment status becomes Warehoused. After that it is RMB 0.1 per kg per day with a minimum of RMB 0.1 per item per day, on chargeable weight, up to a maximum of 180 days, past which no response is treated as abandonment. Official LoongBuy Storage page, updated 21 April 2026. Verified against the page on 12 October 2026.
How long do I actually have to ask for a return
Five days from arrival, not the whole storage period. The policy counts 120 hours from the next full hour after the status reads Warehouse Signed For, and says returns after that may not be accepted. Three conditions also have to hold: the seller offers returns, the goods are in saleable condition, and they have been stored no more than five days.
The return service fee is free for your first return in a month and then rises with frequency: 5 yuan for the second through fifth, 10 yuan for the sixth through ninth, and 20 yuan from the tenth. Will the warehouse tell me whether the item is any good
No, and the inspection page says so. Outside the check for every category are flaws the seller already disclosed, subjective feel and fit, slight colour and size deviation, non-critical print differences, authenticity and brand verification, material identification, internal structure and function testing. The check matches the order; it does not rate the goods.
What happens if my address is wrong
The risk sits with you. Before a rehearsal request or a formal submission the policy requires the recipient name, contact phone, detailed street address, postal code and country or region to be confirmed, and places the consequences of an incomplete, inaccurate or unrecognisable address on the user. Some destinations also require tax identification information.
Which help-centre section holds which kind of answer
The operator sorts its own material into nine help-centre sections. Knowing which one a question falls under is usually faster than searching, and all four of this site's main sources sit in two of them.
- POLICIES
The two agreements this site is built on
Policies and terms, which holds the Parcel Submission and Rehearsal Service Policy page, updated 21 April 2026 and the Order and Package Additional Payment page, updated 14 April 2026. Between them they set every figure on this site.
- WAREHOUSE
What happens while goods sit
Warehouse and value-added services, where the storage clock and the add-on list sit. The Storage page, updated 21 April 2026 is the one to open before leaving anything on a shelf.
- BEGINNER
The four steps and what you pay
The beginner guide and FAQ cover Submit Order, QC & Storage, International Shipping and Global Delivery, plus the two payments a normal order involves.
- AFTER-SALES
When something has to be undone
After-sales and claims. On forwarded goods this is shorter than it looks, because the purchase itself is not the operator's to resolve. The Parcel Forwarding Service page, updated 17 April 2026 says so plainly.
