Before ordering: check the item, seller and options
Browsing is not a stage in the operator sense at all. No order exists, so no agreement has been entered, no fee schedule applies and nobody is holding anything of yours. That is the whole of why it is free, and it is also why it ends the moment you pay rather than at some later point you might notice.
Nothing has been agreed to yet
Every figure on this site comes from a policy that governs an order. Until one exists, none of them reach you. Changing the item, the size, the quantity or the seller is the same act as deciding them in the first place.
And nothing is accruing
The storage meter starts when goods reach the warehouse and the status becomes Warehoused, not when you start thinking. Official LoongBuy Storage page, updated 21 April 2026. Verified against the page on 12 October 2026.
Which is why it is the shortest stage
Take time to compare the option, measurements and seller terms now. Clear notes help you review the order and any warehouse photos later.
How to choose an item before ordering
None of these is expensive to decide now. Each of them is named, directly or by implication, in a policy that prices changing it later. The right column is what the same decision costs once an order exists.
| Settle this now | What revisiting it costs later |
|---|---|
| Size | An order adjustment. The standard check is a basic order-information match, so the size on the order is the one anybody compares against |
| Colourway | Also an adjustment. Where a listing sells several and the order does not say which, the choice was made by somebody who is not you |
| Quantity | Named explicitly in the rehearsal policy among the adjustments that terminate the service, alongside returns and replacing items |
| Which seller | Not an edit at all. A different seller is a different order, at every stage after this one |
| What else goes in the box | Adding one item after a rehearsal ends that rehearsal. Adding one after submission means the packing already happened without it |
| The address | Recipient name, phone, street, postcode and country. If an incomplete or unrecognisable address causes a return, loss, delay or extra charge, the risk sits with the user |
Choosing a seller while the choice is still an edit
Compare listings before choosing a seller. Keep the written size, colour, quantity and model information alongside usable product images; these give the warehouse a reference for the arrival. The listing that writes things down
statedThe standard check is a basic order-information match. A page that states style, colour, labelled size, quantity and model in words gives that match something to work with, and gives you something to point at if the arrival differs.
The listing that only looks better
shownUsable seller images can help the warehouse compare the arrival with the listing. Keep the written specifications too. Subjective fit, authenticity, material identification and internal structure are outside the standard inspection scope.
How the free window closes, which is without a sound
Review the option and payment summary before submitting an order. After the seller or warehouse has acted, ask what changes are still possible before assuming a cancellation is free.
- THE MOMENT
Payment is the line
Once an order is placed, the amount paid stops being the amount owed. The Order and Package Additional Payment page, updated 14 April 2026 names four things that can move it: the seller actual quotation, logistics fee adjustments, specification differences and weight calculation. Verified against the page on 12 October 2026.
- THE PAUSE
And a difference stops everything
Before an additional payment is completed, the order cannot proceed to purchasing and a parcel cannot continue to submission or shipment. The request arrives by email and internal site message, and nowhere else.
- STILL CHEAP
Check what a change would involve
Ask support whether a change is still possible and what costs apply to the particular order. Seller dispatch, warehouse processing and any completed rehearsal can affect the answer.
Reading the QC photos as a last chance rather than a verdict
Goods arriving at the warehouse get a standard check and a set of photographs. For somebody weighing up a change of mind, the useful thing about them is timing: while goods are warehoused a pre-shipment return can still be requested. After dispatch that door is shut. What the standard check actually does
A prohibited and restricted goods screen, a basic order-information match, a check of the main visible exterior, standard photographs, and repacking for storage. It compares the goods against your order rather than rating them.
The longer list, printed on the same page
Outside the check for every category: flaws the seller already disclosed, subjective feel and fit, slight colour and size deviation, non-critical print differences, authenticity and brand verification, material identification, internal structure and function testing.
Which makes this a timing question, not a quality one
If what you want to change is a field the check compares, the photographs will show it and the window is open. If it is anything on the list above, no amount of looking produces new grounds, and the decision is yours alone.
What more photographs cost
Detail photographs, measurements and video sit on the official add-on list and are charged separately. Electrical function testing is marked Coming Later. Official LoongBuy Add-ons page, updated 17 April 2026. Verified against the page on 12 October 2026.
