About the LoongBuy Spreadsheet guide

This is an independent product-discovery and buying guide. It has no access to your agent account and cannot place, change, cancel or refund an order. The company behind loongbuy.com is a separate party entirely, incorporated in Kowloon as LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED under number 76689549.

MONEY

Where the money for this comes from

There is one income stream and it is an affiliate arrangement. Links out of here carry a code; a reader who opens an account on one and later spends something generates a commission, which the operator pays from its own margin rather than adding to anybody bill. That is the entirety of the commercial relationship.

METHOD

The bar a number has to clear to appear here

Two things: a named operator page, and the revision date printed on it. A figure that cannot produce both does not go on a page. Where a policy declines to state a number at all, this site says that plainly instead of estimating one into the gap.

LIMITS

And what this site will not do

It does not rank or compare replica quality, versions or factories, and does not imply it can tell one from another.

The operator position on that is not ambiguous and is worth quoting rather than implying: its anti-counterfeiting policy states that goods suspected of infringing another party intellectual property, including counterfeit goods, replicas and pirated goods, are strictly prohibited under platform rules, and that it may refuse to handle, suspend, return or destroy them. Separately, its inspection page excludes authenticity and brand verification from the standard check. This guide is about what a change of mind costs, and it takes no position the operator has not already published. Official LoongBuy Anti-Counterfeiting page, captured 10 October 2026. Verified against the page on 12 October 2026.

Four documents, ten minutes, no account needed

Choosing an agent is mostly a document hunt, and it can be done on a help centre before registering for anything. Each check below is a page to look for; the absence of one is itself the finding, and usually the more useful one.

  • TARIFF

A page that prices its own friction

Find out what amending and cancelling cost at each stage, in writing, before signing up anywhere. This operator sets out two distinct CNY 20 charges with the conditions attaching to each. Where no such page exists, that question gets answered the first time you ask it, by whoever happens to pick up the ticket.

  • REFUSALS

A page that lists what the check declines to rate

Read both the inspection scope and the exclusions. Decide whether the visible check and available additional services answer the questions you have about your item.

  • AFTERWARDS

A page about prices that move once paid

Quotations shift at every agent in this market. What varies is whether the operator has written down its own response, and whether work pauses while it waits for you. Silence here means discovering the policy on your own order.

  • WHO

A company name, printed not inferred

A registered entity, a number, an address. Costs nothing to publish, outlives every revision of every policy page, and is the one fact you can check against a public register rather than against the site that asserts it.

What this operator writes down, and what it leaves out

Both halves of this question have the same answer, and it is a documentary one. Ask why LoongBuy and the reply is whatever it has committed to paper; ask when to use another operator and the reply comes off the same pages. On amending and cancelling, this one has committed a great deal, which is a point in its favour and also the reason its limits are so easy to see.

It puts figures on its own friction

in favour

Two distinct CNY 20 charges, the conditions attaching to each, the deduction rule, and a named list of what terminates a paid rehearsal. Compare these conditions with the published terms of any other agent you are considering. Being able to read the terms of a disagreement before having one is worth more than any assurance offered after. Official LoongBuy Parcel Submission and Rehearsal Service Policy page, updated 21 April 2026. Verified against the page on 12 October 2026.

And the gaps are worth knowing before you commit

against

This operator will match goods to an order and photograph them. It will not tell you whether the goods are any good: authenticity, material, internal structure and function testing all sit outside the check, and the one piece of testing that might arrive has not arrived. If judgement rather than matching is what you are paying for, buy it somewhere this is not a stated exclusion.

Timing matters too. The live chat that can actually see an order keeps office hours in one timezone, so check the current support hours when planning a time-sensitive request.

Everyone else, and a warning aimed at this page

One operator is in scope here and the field is not. Nothing about other shopping agents has been tested by this desk, so none appears by name, by price or by rank. Below is the only comparison a reader can run without taking anybody word for it, followed by the reasons to read this page sceptically as well.

TRANSFERABLE

The four checks are not about this operator

Nothing in them depends on who is being examined. A friction tariff, a refusals list, a price-change rule and a company name are four documents any agent either publishes or does not. Run them yourself and the comparison needs nobody opinion, including this desk.

BIAS

What happens to a guide that covers one operator

It softens. Not because of commission so much as repetition: claims that survived scrutiny once stop being scrutinised. Treat anything written about a single operator, this included, as a dated transcript of clauses rather than a recommendation.

TESTS

Three things that should cost a page your trust

A clause with no revision date beside it, because terms pages are rewritten and the quotation may already describe nothing. A figure with no openable source, because that is a writer choice presented as a fact. And a page listing only what goes well, because the refusals were the useful half.

Every edit this guide has made to itself

14 October 2026: navigation, product discovery and illustrated guides refined. Original policy source dates are retained.

A site that dates other people policies owes the same to itself. What changed here is listed newest first, with the sharpest date available for each entry: a day where one exists, otherwise the month it happened in.

12 October 2026

Every amount on the site re-opened against the live operator pages. Quotations decay quietly; a recent date beside one is the only thing that makes it answerable.

12 October 2026

The submission and rehearsal policy brought into scope. Its sections 4.1 and 4.2 set the two CNY 20 charges this site exists to explain, with their individual conditions.

October 2026

Rebuilt around what a change of mind costs. The earlier version of this site compared seller photographs against warehouse photographs, with practical product discovery and order guidance.

October 2026

Four addresses retired. Batches merged into swapping, grades into the free window, checks into the rehearsal page, compare into cancelling.

October 2026

The tile wall re-sorted. Categories now sit in bands according to how long the choice stays reversible, which is the question the rest of the site answers.
